I created the SunDiet™ to educate those unfamiliar with circadian science—a discipline that can take years to master independently. The SunDiet™ is a way of living designed to synchronize your biology with the natural 24-hour circadian rhythm, focusing on mitigating environmental factors that accelerate aging and contribute to health issues.
The SunDiet™ aligns your body with the natural 24-hour cycle of day and night, which is governed by the Earth’s rotation on its axis. The purpose of the SunDiet™ is to improve mood, sleep, metabolic rate, relationships, and overall wellness. Exposure to sunlight initiates beneficial biochemical processes, such as the release of endorphins and dopamine.
