10. Electrical Radiation

Treadmill motors give off a significant amount of electric radiation. The faster the motor spins, the greater the level of unseen pollution is emitted. Instead, do your running outside. Any exercise machine that gets plugged in, has a digital screen, or has Wi-Fi, is not recommended.
