Mushrooms

Mushrooms are considered circadian-friendly year-round because they naturally grow in dark environments. Unlike plants, fungi do not rely on photosynthesis; instead, they absorb nutrients from their surroundings, allowing them to thrive in low-light, damp conditions. Two cups of cooked mushrooms has ten grams of carbohydrates. Mushrooms are low glycemic and are great for fat loss.
